This was a typical roofing project. A new owner to bought a 150 year old building with its original roof! except…it was hidden under 6 other roofs! This property always had a leak, no matter how many times it was patched. There was no question a full tear off was in place. Over 5 dumpsters were brought in to dispose over 40 tons that were on this roof! In total there were 11 layers of roof.
We replaced many deck boards and installed our 3 layer system for superior protection for years to come. With the gentrification of the Old East Village, the roof is now ready to go for all its future uses!
