This 150 sq ft section was worn out and not installed with any flashing around it. We came in tore it off and installed our 3 layer system with new flashing. Important to redo the shingles first prior to the flat roof install. This is a full torch down application. Leak free solution for many many years. The best Odourless system on the market with 1 CM of thickness.
