This 500 sq ft or so above garage flat roof. The first problem was the age, the second and bigger issue was that the structure was sloping toward the house. In order to counter this for an economical solution, we built up a 4 ft slope with sheathing and 2X4’s. This will cause a slight seam in the length but will stream majority away from the wall.
Instead of conventional siding we torched our product on the walls and the overhangs for a tough membrane to deal with all nature has to offer!
This is a far superior set up than any single ply product for squirrels with sharp nails!
